How to login to Su Student Portal
If you are a current Su Student and have an active MySu account, you can login to the portal using your MySu credentials. If you do not have an active MySu account, or if you have lost your credentials, you can create a new account and login using your new credentials.
To login to the portal using your MySu credentials:
1. From any computer on campus, open www.su.edu/login.
2. Enter your MySu username and password in the appropriate fields and click Log In.
3. If prompted, confirm that you want to continue and then click Log In.
To login to the portal using your new credentials:
The first time you attempt to log in, you will be asked to create a new account. After creating your new account, you will be logged in automatically whenever you visit the portal.
How to add a new course
Adding a new course to the Su Student Portal is easy! Here's how:
1. Log into the Student Portal.
2. Click on "My Courses" in the left-hand navbar.
3. Click on the "Add New Course" button in the top right-hand corner of the My Courses screen.
4. Enter the following information into the "Course Information" field:
- Title (required)
- Course ID (required)
- Module ID (optional, but recommended)
5. Select which modules you would like this course to be part of from the dropdown menu next to "Module(s)". You can select all modules, only some modules, or none at all.
6. Click on "Create Course" to add your course to the Student Portal!
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you want to change it, follow these steps:
1. Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page.
2. Enter your email address and click the "Create Account" button.
3. Click the "Change Password" link in the confirmation email you received.
4. Enter your current password and new password, and click the "Update Profile" button.
How to report a problem with Su Student Portal
If you experience any problem logging in to Su Student Portal, please follow these steps to report the issue.
1. Click on the "My Account" icon located at the top left of the homepage.
2. Under "My Account," click on "Report a Problem."
3. Enter your user name and password in the appropriate fields and click on "Submit."
