What is the Student Portal?
The Student Portal is a website that allows students to access their academic information, course schedules, and other student services. To login to the Student Portal, students need to create a user profile and password. Once they have created their account, they can access all of their information by clicking on the "My Account" tab on the main page.
How to Login to the Student Portal:
1. Go to www.stcharles.edu/studentportal and click on "Sign In" in the upper right corner.
2. Enter your username (usually your first name followed by an @stcharles.edu email address) and password in the corresponding fields and click on "Sign In."
3. You will be taken to the home page of the Student Portal where you can find all of your information under "My Account."
How to Login to the Student Portal
If you are a student at St Charles, you can login to the Student Portal to manage your account, view your grades and transcripts, and more! To login, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your MyCSULB account. If you don't have an account yet, sign up now.
2. Click the "Student Portal" link on the left side of the MyCSULB home page.
3. Enter your myCSULB ID and password in the login fields and click "Log In."
4. You will be taken to the Student Portal home page. Click on the "My Account" link in the upper right corner to view your account information.
5. Under "My Account," click on the "Classes" tab to see all of your courses and grades. You can also view your transcripts under "My Transcripts."
6. Under "My Transcripts," you can view information about each class, such as when it was offered, who is teaching it, and the transcript format (PDF or Word).

How do I change or delete my MyPortal Account Information?
If you have forgotten your username or password, or if you need to change your password, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to MyPortal by clicking on the "Login" link at the top right of the home page.
2. Click on the "Account" menu item.
3. Select "My Portal Account."
4. Enter your username and password and click on the "Update Profile" button. If you have forgotten your username, click on the "Forgot Your Username?" link and enter your email address in the "Email Address" field. If you have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link and enter your new password in the "Password" field. You will then be prompted to confirm your new password.
5. Click on the "log out" button at the bottom of the page to log out of My Portal Account and return to the My Portal home page.
