1. Log in using your Net ID and password. If you don't remember your Net ID or password, contact your academic advisor.
2. Click the My Account link in the header of the homepage.
3. On the My Account page, click Login. You will be prompted to enter your Net ID and password.
4. If you have registered for My Campus Services (MCS), you will also be prompted to enter your MCS user name and password. MCS is a suite of online services that provides students with many benefits, including access to their courses and grades, access to campus resources, and more. 1. Click the "Login" button on the top right corner of the home page.
2. Enter your NetID and password.

How to Access Your MySouthWestAccount
To access your MySouthWestAccount, log in using your NetID and password. If you have forgotten your NetID or password, please contact osu.edu/support.
How to Change Your Password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you want to change it, follow these steps:
1. Click on the "Forgot your Password" link in the Login section of the Student Portal.
2. Enter your username and password, and click on the " Reset Your Password" button.
3. You will be asked to confirm your new password. Enter it and click on the "Update Your Profile" button.
How to Report a Issue with Your Account
If you experience an issue with your account, please login to your account and follow the steps below to report the issue.
1. Click on your username in the top right corner of the homepage.
2. Select "Report a Issue" from the menu that appears.
3. Enter your issue in the text field and click "Submit".
4. A confirmation message will appear asking you to confirm your issue. Click "Confirm".
5. Your issue has been reported and Administrators will be notified. Thank you for using the Student Portal!
