Course Preferences
There is a lot to explore on the Rotherham student portal. Here are some of their favorite features:
-You can easily keep track of your course preferences by viewing your My Preferences page. This page includes information about all of the courses you have taken and are currently taking, as well as any certificates or awards you may have earned. You can also add or remove courses from your preferences list at any time.
-You can find out what resources are available to you in each module, including online resources, texts, exams, and tutorials. You can also access these resources from the menu items on the left hand side of most pages on the portal.
-The student portal provides an online timetable for every course offered at Rotherham University. This timetable includes information about when each lecture is held and when each seminar or workshop is scheduled. You can also use this timetable to plan your study schedule and avoid overlap with other students.
-The student portal offers a range of tools for reporting problems with the website or with course content. If you encounter any problems while using the portal, please use one of the contact forms to report them. They will do their best to solve the problem

If you need to contact Student Services, there are a few different ways you can do so. You can call their telephone line, which is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can also visit their website and fill out a form there. Disconnecting from Campus
If you need to disconnect from campus, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Rotherham student portal account.
2. Click on the "My Account" tab and select "Disconnect."
3. Follow the prompts to disconnect from Rotherham.
Lost or Stolen Devices
If you have lost or your device has been stolen, the first step is to sign out of your student portal and disable any security features. You should also change your password, and if you use 2-factor authentication, activate that too. You can also contact Rotherham staff if you need help logging back in or recovering your account.
Parent Portal
Parent Portal is a secure online tool that provides parents with access to their children's online activity and files. To login, please follow these steps: login using your student’s school email and password; hit the ‘My Portfolio’ tab; click on the ‘Login with Parent Portal’ link in the top left corner; enter your parental email address and password; hit the ‘Log In’ button. Please note that you will need to create a new password if you have not done so already.
Once logged in, you will be able to view your student's academic data, records of attendance, notifications, messages and photos. You will also be able to manage your child's contact information and files.
Login with Facebook

To login with Facebook, follow these steps:
1. Open the Student Portal and click on the Login link in the top left corner of the screen.
2. Enter your email address and password into the appropriate fields and click on the Log In button.
3. If you have a valid Facebook account, you will be prompted to log in using that account. If not, you will be asked to create a new Facebook account and enter your details.
4. Once you have logged in, you will be taken to your dashboard page. On this page, you can see all of your active portal accounts and their associated information (for example: courses, grades and notifications). You can also access all of your student resources by clicking on the My Account link in the top right corner of the page.
Email Address and Password Recovery
If you have forgotten your Rotherham student portal email address or password, don't worry! Here is how to recover both:
-First, try checking your spam folder if you're not receiving notifications about the portal.
