If you have been struggling to find a way to login to your Student Portal, then this guide is for you! In this article, we will show you how to login to your Student Portal using the RMCC website and email address.
How to login to the Student Portal
If you are a new student and have not yet registered for classes, you will need to do so before you can login to the Student Portal. To register for classes, visit the Registrar’s website at www.rmcc.edu/registrar and click on “Register for Classes.” If you are an existing student, you can login to the Student Portal by clicking on the “Login” link in the upper right corner of the home page and entering your username and password.

How to change your password
If you forget your password, you can change it easily.:
To change your password, follow these steps:
1. Go to the "My Account" page
2. Click on "Forgot Password?"
3. Enter your email address and click on the "Create New Password" button
4. Enter a new password and click on the "Confirm New Password" button
5. Click on the "Login" button at the top of the page to log in
How to add or delete a student account
If you are a new student, you will need to create an account on the Student Portal. You can add or delete an account from the My Account section of the Student Portal.
How to manage your academic history
If you are a new student at RMCC, or if you have forgotten your login information, follow these steps to manage your academic history:
1. Log in to the Student Portal.
2. Click on My Academics in the left menu.
3. Under My Academics, select My Registration History.
4. Click on View/Edit my Registration History.
5. Under Academic History, click on View/Edit my Transcripts.
6. Click on the appropriate button to download your transcripts or view them online. Please note that transcripts must be ordered at least one week in advance of your desired commencement date to ensure timely processing and delivery to their campus.

How to get help from the Student Portal
If you are having trouble logging in to the Student Portal, there are a few ways to get help. You can reach out to their Help Desk by emailing [email protected] or calling (808) 956-5011. Our Help Desk is open Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 5:00pm, and Saturday from 8:00am to 12:00pm. You can also visit the Student Portal and click on “Help” in the top right corner. From there, you can choose which category of help you need, such as “My Account”, “Academic Progress”, or “Campus Safety”.
