How to Login to Student Portal
If you have forgotten your login information, or if you need to reset your password, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your MyUIC account.
2. Click the “MyAccount” tab in the top right corner of the page.
3. Enter your MyUIC ID and password.
4. Under “MyProfile” click on the “Edit Profile” link.
5. At the top of the screen, under “Login Information,” enter your MyUIC ID and password again.
6. Click the “Save Changes” button at the bottom of the screen.
How to Access Your My Student Portal Account
If you have forgotten your My Student Portal account credentials, or if you have just switched schools and do not have an account yet, you can easily set up your account by following these simple steps:
1. Go to the mystudentportal.com website and click on the “Login” link in the upper right-hand corner.
2. Enter your school name and password (if you remember them).
3. Click on the “Sign In” button to log in to your account.
4. If you are already logged in, you will see the “My Profile” page. On this page, you can update your personal information, view your grades, and access other important resources for students at this school.
How to Change Your Password
If you have forgotten your password, or need to change it, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Student Portal homepage and click on the “Forgot Password” link at the top of the page.
2. Enter your name and email address in the fields provided, and click on the “Create New Password” button.
3. Enter a new password in the “New Password” field, and confirm it by clicking on the “Create New Password” button again.
4. Click on the “Login” button at the bottom of the page to log in to your account.
How to Report a Security Issue

How to Cancel Your Account
If you need to cancel your account, please follow the instructions below.
1. Log in to your student portal account.
2. Click on the My Account link in the top right corner of the page.
3. On the My Account page, click on the Cancel my account link in the top right corner of the page.
4. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click on the Submit button.
5. You will receive an email notifying you that your account has been cancelled. Please click on the link in the email to confirm your cancellation.
How to Delete Your Account
If you no longer need a student portal account, there are a few ways to delete it.
The first way is to go to the My Portal page and click on the Remove Account button. This will take you to a screen where you can choose to have your account deleted permanently or have it removed from your records but still have access to your portal content.
If you want your portal content but don't want your account anymore, you can delete your account by going to the My Portal page, clicking on the Account Info tab, and then clicking on the Delete Account button. This will take you to a screen where you can choose to have your account deleted or have it removed from your records but still have access to your portal content.
