If you're a student at Neit, and you need help logging in to your portal, there are a few things that you can do. First of all, make sure that you have the latest version of the portal software installed on your computer. If you don't have the latest version yet, you can download it from their website. Once you have the latest version of the portal software installed, navigate to it in your browser.
If you're still having trouble logging in, we recommend that you try one of these methods:
- Reloading your browser window
- Changing your computer's network settings
- Resetting your password

How to Login to Your Student Portal
If you are a current student at Neit, you can login to your portal using your NetID and password. If you have forgotten your NetID or password, please follow the instructions below to reset them. If you have never registered for a portal account, you will need to create one first.
How to Change Your Password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you want to change it, follow these steps:
1. Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page.
2. Enter your old password and click the "Reset" button.
3. Enter your new password and click the "Submit" button.
How to Reset Your Password
If you have forgotten your password, there are several ways to reset it.
-If you have an account with a NEIT portal, you can reset your password by clicking the “Forgot Password” button on the login page.
-If you do not have an account with a NEIT portal, you can reset your password by visiting the “Forgot Password” page on neit.edu and entering your email address and password.
-You can also reset your password by calling NEIT’s Help Desk at (617) 496-5992 and requesting a password reset.
How to add or remove courses
If you're not already signed in to your Neit account, you can sign in by clicking on the Sign In link at the top of the homepage. Once you're logged in, you can add or remove courses from your account by clicking on the Courses tab and then selecting Add or Remove Courses from the drop-down menu.
How to View your Academic Progress
If you're a UNH student and have an account on the Student Portal, you can view your academic progress by following these steps:
1. Log in to the Student Portal.
2. Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
3. On the Main Menu, click on My Academic Progress.
4. On the My Academic Progress page, you will see a listing of all of your courses and their corresponding grades.
5. To view your GPA, click on the GPA link next to each course's name.
How to Enroll in a Course
If you are a new student or have forgotten your NetID and password, follow these instructions to enroll in a course:
1. Log in to the MyUCLA website.
2. Click on the Courses tab at the top of the page.
3. Under "Enrolling in a Course" on the Courses page, select the course you want to enroll in and click on Enroll Now.
4. Enter your NetID and password (if you have them) and click on OK.
How to Check the Status of a Course
If you're having trouble logging into the Student Portal, there are a few things to check first. First, make sure you have the latest version of the portal software installed on your computer. If you're using a web browser, make sure you have the latest updates for your browser installed. If you're using a different program to access the portal, like an app on your phone or tablet, make sure you have the latest version of that program as well.
If you still can't log in, try these steps:
1. Make sure your username and password are correct.
2. Make sure your cookies are enabled in your browser.
3. Verify that you're using the most recent version of the portal software by clicking "About" on the top right corner of the portal screen and checking that your version number matches what's listed on this page (usually "2.1").
4. Double-check that you're connected to the internet and that your device is connected to the correct network (LAN or Wi-Fi).
