How do I add a student account?
Adding a student account is easy! All you need is your email address and a password. Follow these steps to add an account:
1. Log in to the Welcome Center.
2. Click the Student Portal link on the left side of the page.
3. On the Student Portal home page, click Add a New Account.
4. Fill out the form with your email address and password. (Make sure you enter your full name and student ID number!)
5. Click Submit to add your new account to Hillsborough!
How do I change my email address?
If you have ever had trouble logging in to your Student Portal account, or if you would like to make a change to your email address, follow these steps:
1. From the home page of the portal, click on the "My Account" tab.
2. On the "My Account" page, select the "Email Address" field and enter the new email address in the field below.
3. Click on the "Update Profile" button at the bottom of the page.
4. If you have an institutional login ID and password, enter it in the appropriate fields below and click on the "Login" button. If you do not have an institutional login ID and password, enter your name and email address in the appropriate fields below and click on the "Create Login" button. Your new login will be sent to your email address.
5. Click on the "Logout" button at the top of the page to log out of your Student Portal account.
How do I unsubscribe from notifications?
If you no longer wish to be notified about blog posts, you can unsubscribe by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of each blog post.
My account is inactive, what can I do?
If you have forgotten your password, or if your account has been inactive for a period of time, you can reset your password by clicking the "Forgot Your Password" link on the login screen. If you have not logged in for a period of two weeks or more, your account will be suspended and you will need to create a new account to continue using the portal.
