Welcome to the Student Portal Floyd! This portal provides you with access to important student information, such as your grades and registration status. In order to login and access this information, please follow these simple steps:
First, enter your student ID number in the "User ID" field.
Next, enter your password in the "Password" field.
Finally, click on the "Log In" button to enter your user account.
How to login to the Student Portal Floyd
If you are a current Floyd student, your username and password are both the same as your email address. If you are a new student, your username is your first name followed by last initial, for example "John". Your password is your last name followed by an "@floyd.edu" sign, for example "[email protected]".
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, follow these steps to change it:
1. Log in to the student portal.
2. Click on the “My Account” tab at the top of the page.
3. Enter your email address and click on “Reset Password”.
4. Enter your new password and click on “Submit”.
5. You will receive an email confirmation with instructions on how to reset your new password if you forget it again.
How to create a new account
If you are a current student at Floyd County Schools and have not created an account yet, now is the time to do so. You can create an account in minutes by following these simple steps:
1. Go to floyd.k12.ga.us/login and enter your username and password. If you have forgotten your login information, please contact the school office.
2. Click on the “New Account” link in the upper left-hand corner of the page.
3. Enter your first and last name, grade level, email address, and password (leave the telephone number field blank).
4. Click on the “Create Account” button to finish creating your account.

How to add or update your contact information
If you have recently moved, changed your email address, or just want to update your contact information, you can do so on the Student Portal.
How to cancel your account
If you want to cancel your account on the Student Portal Floyd, please follow these steps:
1. Login to the portal and click on “Account” in the main menu.
2. Select “Cancel Account” from the drop-down list next to your profile name.
How to report a problem
If you have a problem with your student portal, there are several ways to report it. Here are the steps:
1. Log in to your student portal and click on "My Portal" in the top navigation bar.
2. In the "My Portal" section, click on the "Report a Problem" link.
3. Follow the instructions on the screen to report your issue.
