Welcome to Student Portal Etv! If you are new to the site, or have forgotten your login information, please follow these simple steps to get started.
1. Click on the “Sign In” button in the top right corner of the homepage.
2. Enter your email address and password into the appropriate fields and click on “Sign In”.
3. If you have forgotten your password, please enter your email address into the “Forgot Password” field and click on “Create New Password”.
4. Click on “Log Out” in the top right corner of the screen to exit out of the sign in page.
How to login to Student Portal Etv
If you are new to the Student Portal Etv, you will need to create an account first. To do this, please click on the "Create Account" link located at the top of the home page. You will need to enter your name and email address in order to create your account. After you have created your account, you can log in to it by clicking on the "Login" link located in the top right corner of the home page.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, the first thing you need to do is check if you have any email or phone notifications about your account. If not, please follow these steps to reset your password:
Click on the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page
Enter your email address and click on the "Reset Password" button
You will receive an email with a new password and a link to update your password
If you have forgotten your PIN, please follow these steps:
Click on the "Forgot PIN?" link on the login page
Enter your email address and click on the "Reset Password" button
You will receive an email with a new PIN and a link to update your password
How to sign in or out of Student Portal Etv
If you're a student at UNCG and have an ETV account, you can sign in to your account to access your courses, grades, transcripts, and other information. You can also sign out of your account to stop receiving email notifications about your account.
To sign in or out of your Student Portal Etv account:
1. Open the Student Portal ETV website.
2. Click the Login link in the top left corner of the screen.
3. Enter your UNCG username and password into the fields provided and click Login.
4. If you have additional logins for other websites associated with your UNCG account, enter those logins next and click Log In again.
5. If you're not signed in to any other accounts, you'll see a message asking if you want to create an account now or continue using the login credentials you already have. Click Continue Using These Logins if you want to use them; otherwise, click Create An Account Now to create a new account.

How to report a problem with Student Portal Etv
If you have a problem with Student Portal Etv, the first step is to login and report the problem. To login, click on the Login link on the main toolbar. Enter your user name and password and click on Login. If you have forgotten your user name or password, you can contact them at [email protected] for assistance. In the Login dialog box, select Report a Problem from the dropdown list under My Account. On the Reporting a Problem page, select an issue from the list on the left side of the page. On the right side of the page, provide as much information as possible about your problem. Click on Submit Report to submit your report.
How to find your account information
Step One: Log into the portal using your Net ID and password. If you have forgotten your password, click here to reset it.
Step Two: Click on the "My Account" link in the top right corner of the portal.
Step Three: Under "My Account Details," find and click on the "Student Login" link.
Step Four: Enter your Net ID and password into the login form, and click on the "Login" button.

How to manage your student portal account
If you are a first year student, your ETV account may have been pre-populated with your NetID and password. If this is the case, please follow the instructions below to login to your student portal account. If you have not already created an ETV account, please visit https://etv.berkeley.edu/my-account and follow the instructions in the welcome message.

Once you have logged in to your student portal account, you will be able to access a variety of resources and services, including:
-Your MyBerkeley profile, which includes information about your academic progress and achievements;
-Your student loan information;
-Your registration status for upcoming term(s);
-Your course schedule;
-Your course materials (textbooks, syllabi, etc.);
-Your student council information; and more!
How to stop receiving email notifications from Student Portal Etv
If you no longer want to receive email notifications from Student Portal Etv, you can disable this feature by following these steps:
1. Log in to your My Account page.
2. Under the "Notifications" tab, select the "Settings" button next to the email notification you would like to disable.
3. Select the "Disable" radio button next to the email notification you would like to disable.
