How to Login to Student Portal
If you are having trouble logging in to the Student Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure you have the correct username and password for your account. You can find these information on your MyCSCC account page under "My Profile."
2. If you are still having trouble logging in, please contact the Campus Services Desk at (909) 824-2777.
How to Change Your Password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you need to change it for any reason, you can do so by clicking the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the login screen. You will be asked to enter your email address and then your new password. Once you have updated your information, you will be able to log in again without having to enter your old password.
How to Report a Problem
If you are having trouble logging into your Student Portal, there are a few things you can do to try to fix the problem. First, check to see if you are using the most recent version of the Student Portal software. If you are not using the most recent version, please update your software. If that doesn't work, try using one of these methods to login:
-If you're using a computer at school, double-check that your browser is set to allow cookies. If cookies are disabled in your browser, you will need to enter your user name and password each time you visit the portal. To enable cookies on your computer, go to www.google.com and search for "how to enable cookies." You can also find instructions for many browsers on the school website at cscc.edu under "Help & Resources" --> "Student Portal."
-If you're using a computer at home, be sure that your browser is configured to accept cookies from websites. For information about how to do this, visit www.google.com and search for "how to configure browser."
-If you're using a cell phone or another device that doesn't have a web browser
How to Access Your Account
Once you have registered for the portal, you will be taken to your account on the main page. Here, you can access all of your information and files.
To get started, click on the 'Login' button in the upper right hand corner of the screen. This will take you to a login form where you can enter your username and password. If you have forgotten your password, click on the 'Forgot Your Password?' link in the upper right hand corner of the screen and we will email you instructions on how to reset it.
Once you have logged in, you will be taken to your personal dashboard. On this page, you can see all of your courses, grades, and files. You can also add new courses, view course details and materials, and manage your schedule.

How to track your grades
If you're a student at Cscc, you probably want to know how your grades are going. You can track your grades on the online student portal. Just login and click on "My Academics" in the top menu. There, you'll find a link to "My Grades."
Just enter your name and ID number, and voila! You'll have access to all of your grades, including exams and papers. If you need to find a specific grade, just type in the subject and year (or semester), and it will pop up with a list of all the corresponding grades.
You can also email your professor if there's something wrong with your grade or if you have any questions about it. And last but not least, be sure to check back on My Academics every few weeks to see how your GPA is changing!
