How to login to the Student Portal
If you are a current CCBOE student, or have been previously registered on the portal, then you are already familiar with how to login. If you are not familiar with how to login, please see below for instructions.
To login to the Student Portal:
1. Click on the "Login" button located in the top right corner of every page on the portal.
2. Enter your username and password into the appropriate fields and click "Login."
3. Once you have logged in, you will be taken to your personal user profile page. From here, you can access all of your academic information, course progress reports, and other portal resources.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, or if your login has expired, please follow these instructions to change your password:
1. Log in to your account on the Student Portal at https://portal.ccboe.com/.
2. Click on the “My Account” tab on the top left corner of the screen.
3. On the My Account page, click on the “Password” link in the “Edit Profile” section.
4. Enter your current password and verify it by clicking on the “Verify” button. If you have forgotten your password, please enter your new password in the “New Password” field and click on the “Create Password” button.
5. Click on the “Save Changes” button at the bottom of the page to save your changes and return to the homepage.

If you have any questions or problems with your account, you can always contact customer service by clicking the "Contact Us" link on the main toolbar and filling out a ticket. You can also email us at [email protected] and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

How to manage your account
To manage your account on the Student Portal, follow these steps:
1) Log in to your account.
2) Click on the My Account link in the top navigation bar.
3) In the My Account section, click on the Login link.
4) Enter your Username and Password in the appropriate fields and click on the Login button.
5) You will now be taken to the Login screen. If you have forgotten your Username or Password, click on the Forgot Your Username? link and enter your Email Address in the provided field. Ccboe will send you a new Username and Password reminder email. If you do not receive this email, please contact customer service at 877-829-2584 for assistance.
How to cancel or suspend your account
If you need to cancel your account or suspend it for any reason, you can do so by going to the login page and clicking on the "Cancel account" or "Suspend account" link. You will be prompted to enter your username and password, and then you will be able to cancel or suspend your account.
How to report a problem with your account
If you have a problem with your account, first check to see if the problem is with your login information. If it's not, try the following steps:
1. Click on "My Account" in the upper-left corner of the website.
2. Click on "Settings" in the left column.
3. In the "General Settings" section, make sure that you have entered your username and password correctly. If you still can't log in, please contact customer service at 888-242-3676 or [email protected].
How to get help using the Student Portal
If you have any questions about using the Student Portal, we have a wealth of resources available to help you. To get started, please follow these simple steps:
1) Log in to the Student Portal using your NetID and password. If you've forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the login page and enter your NetID and email address to receive a temporary password. You will need this password to access some of the features of the Student Portal.
2) On the left-hand side of the screen, under "My Account," find "Help." In this section, you will find information on how to use many of the features of the portal, as well as contact information for their support team. If you need assistance with something specific, please don't hesitate to contact them!
