How to login to your Student Portal
To login to your Student Portal, you will need your AU username and password. These can be found in your MyAU account page.
To find your MyAU account page, open the MyAU website (http://my.aucklanduniversity.ac.nz) and click on the βMy Accountβ link in the left-hand menu. On this page, you will find your username and password.
How to update your contact information
To update your contact information on the Student Portal, click on "My Account" in the top right corner of the website. Then, click on "Edit Contact Info." You will be able to enter your new contact information and update any other information on your account.
How to manage your course and grades
If you are a student in a course at UC Berkeley, there are several ways to manage your course and your grades. You can access your course information through the Student Portal, which is available on the MyUCBerkeley website. The Student Portal is a centralized place where you can view your course information, including your grades and transcripts. You can also use the Student Portal to manage your payments and registration for courses. You can also register for classes through the Student Portal. If you have questions about any of this, please contact the Office of the Registrar or one of their campus advisors.
How to change your password
To change your password, log in to your student portal and click on "My Account." On the "My Account" page, you will see a section called "Password Security." In this section, you can change your password.

How to report a problem with your Student Portal
If you have a problem with your Student Portal, the first step is to report it. To do this, go to your Student Portal and click on "Report a Problem."
You will need to provide some information about the problem, including the date and time it occurred, as well as your account number and name. You can also attach any relevant screenshots or videos if they help explain the problem.
Once you have reported the problem, we will investigate it and try to fix it as quickly as possible. If we are unable to fix it within 24 hours, we will contact you and offer you a solution or refund.
