1. Go to https://my.umass.edu/parentcenter/.
2. If you are not already logged in, click the "Sign In" button at the top of the page.
3. Enter your UMass Amherst username (e.g., umass_username) and password (e.g., umass_password).
4. If you are a new parent or have recently changed your parental information, you will need to create a new user profile. Click the "Create Profile" link on the left side of the screen and follow the instructions. Once you have created your user profile, return to Step 2 and enter your user name and password in the appropriate fields.

The Portal provides parents with easy access to their student’s academic and disciplinary information, as well as financial aid and scholarship opportunities. Here are some tips for using the Portal:
1. Log in to the Portal using your school’s user name and password.
2. Under My Account, click on Student Info to view your student’s current academic information. You can also view your student’s grades and other important academic data.
3. Under My Account, click on Academics to view your student’s current course schedule and degree progress. You can also view your student’s grades and other important course information.
4. Click on Financial Aid & Scholarships to view your student's eligibility for various types of financial aid and scholarships, as well as their award amounts. You can also add your student to your Approved Scholarship List to increase their chances of receiving scholarship money.
