If you are a Strata resident, you need to login to your Resident Portal in order to access important building information, board meeting minutes and much more. Here's a quick guide on how to do it:
1. Go to https://portal.strata.com
2. Enter your email address and password in the login fields and click 'Log In'.
3. You will be redirected to the home page of your Resident Portal.
4. On the left hand side, under 'My Profile', find 'Login' and click on it.
5. Enter your email address and password again and click 'Login'.
6. You will now be taken to the main menu of your Resident Portal. Under 'Home', find 'Login'.
7. Click on it and enter your email address and password one last time. You will now be logged in and ready to explore!
How to login to the Strata Resident Portal
If you are a Strata Property Manager or owner of a strata property, you need to login to the Strata Resident Portal in order to manage and monitor your strata property.
To login to the Strata Resident Portal, please follow these steps:
1. From your computer, sign into the Strata Property Management System (SPMS) as an administrator.
2. Click on "Strata Residents Portal" in the left-hand menu.
3. Enter your user name and password in the login fields and click on "Login".
4. You will be redirected to the strata resident portal home page.
If you are a strata property owner or manager who does not have access to SPMS, you can request an account for yourself from the Strata Corporation by completing a Request for Account form and mailing it to:

How to change your password
If you've forgotten your password, or need to update it, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Strata Portal.
2. Click on "My Profile" at the top of the page.
3. Click on "Edit Profile" in the sidebar.
4. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click on "Update Profile."

How to add or update your contact information
If you have not already registered for an account on the Strata Resident Portal, please do so now. You will need your email address and password to login. Once you have registered, you can add or update your contact information by clicking on the “Profile” tab and then selecting “Contact Info” from the menu.
To add a new contact, enter the email address and click “Add”. To update an existing contact, click on the email address and fill in the new information. Please note that all fields must be completed in order for your contact information to be displayed on the portal.

How to unsubscribe from email notifications
To unsubscribe from email notifications, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Strata Resident Portal.
2. Under the "My Profile" tab, select "Notifications."
3. On the "Notifications Settings" page, under the "Email Notifications" heading, click the "Unsubscribe" link.
How to manage your calendar
If you want to manage your calendar, you can do so through the Strata Resident Portal. To login and access your calendar, follow these simple steps:
1. Log in to the Strata Resident Portal at www.stratarep.com.
2. Click on the Calendar icon on the left-hand side of the screen.
3. You will be presented with a list of all of your upcoming meetings and events.
4. Click on any of the events to view more information about it, or to add your own event details if you have already scheduled it.
5. To manage your calendar further, click on the Actions drop-down menu next to any event and select one of the following options: Edit, Delete, or Add To Calendar (see image below).
6. You can also double-check the details of an event by clicking on its title and confirming that it is correct before proceeding to step 7.
7. If you need to change any details about an event, click on its title and enter new information into the fields provided (see image below). 8. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the window to save your changes
How to view your account activity
If you have ever logged into the Strata Resident Portal, you may be familiar with the “My Account” tab. This tab displays your account activity, including all of the meetings you have attended, documents you have uploaded, and discussions you have had. To view your account activity, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the “My Account” tab on the resident portal.
2. On the My Account tab, click on the “View Activity” link in the left-hand column.
3. On the View Activity page, review your account activity and respond to any questions that are prompted.
