In order to login to the Stillwater Public Schools Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Click on the link below that is associated with your school district.
2. Login using your school email and password.
3. Once you have logged in, you will be taken to the homepage of the Portal. From here, you can access all of the information and resources that are available for your school district.
How to use the Stillwater Public Schools Portal
The Stillwater Public Schools Portal is a website that allows parents and students to access their school records, view upcoming events, and more.
To use the portal, first login using your username and password. If you have not created a username and password, please click the link below to create an account.
After logging in, you will be able to: -View your student's current grades -View your student's activity log -View your student's attendance record -View your student's immunization records -Request updates to your student's information -See what activities are scheduled for the week -Access resources for parents

How to add or update your student information
If you are a parent or guardian of a Stillwater Public School student, you can use their online portal to add or update your student's information. To login to the portal, follow these steps:
1. From any computer in the district, open the Stillwater Public Schools Portal at https://portal.stillwaterks.org/.
2. Log in with your school username and password (found on your school email). If you do not have a school username and password, please contact your school administrator for help obtaining these items.
3. Click on the "My Students" link on the left-hand navigation bar.
4. Under "My Students", click on the link that says "Add Student". The Add Student form will appear.
5. Enter your student's full name and current address in the appropriate fields. Please note that Stillwater Public Schools only accepts addresses in street format (e.g., 123 Main Street). Do not include spaces between addresses or commas in between addresses. If your address is a post office box, please enter "POBox" in place of an address instead of "Address". How to print or email your school records
If you would like to print or email your school records, follow these instructions.:
Log in to the Stillwater Public Schools Portal.
Select your school from the list on the left.
Select "My School Records" from the menu on the right.
You will now be able to print or email your school records.

How to block someone from accessing your account
If you don't want someone to be able to access your account, you can block them. To block someone, go to the Stillwater Public Schools Portal and log in. Then, click the "My Account" tab and select "Blocking Users." On the "Blocking Users" page, enter the username of the person you want to block and click "Block."
