If you're a parent of students at Stillwater Public Schools, you've probably had to login to the Parent Portal at some point or another. In this article, we'll show you how to login and use the Parent Portal's various features.
Stillwater Parent Portal How to Login
If you are a parent of a Stillwater student and have not already created an account on the Stillwater Parent Portal, now is the time to do so! The Parent Portal is a great way to stay connected with your child’s education, get information and resources about campus life, and more. Here are instructions on how to login:
1. Go to www.stillwater.edu/parentportal and click “Create an Account.”
2. Fill out the required information (first and last name, email address, password) and click “Create Account.”
3. You will be taken to the “My Profile” page where you can view your account information and make changes if necessary.
4. Log in to your Parent Portal account by clicking “Log In” at the top of the page and entering your credentials. You will be automatically logged in every time you visit the Parent Portal.

Parents can now sign in and manage their child’s account from their smartphone or computer
Parents can now sign in and manage their child’s account from their smartphone or computer. The Stillwater Parent Portal is a new tool that provides parents with easy access to account information, grades, attendance records, and more. Parents can sign in using their school email address and password, or by using their Facebook account if they have registered with Stillwater Schools. The Stillwater Parent Portal is available to all parents of Stillwater School District students in grades K-12.
Login Process
When you first visit the blog section, you will be prompted to log in.
To login, click on the link in the top right corner of the page. Enter your username and password into the fields provided and click on the Log In button.
If you have not previously set up an account, you will be asked to create a new account. Enter your name and email address in the appropriate fields and click on the Create Account button. You will then be taken to a confirmation page where you can review your account information and confirm that you want to proceed with creating your account. Once you have confirmed your information, click on the Log In button to continue.

Logging In for the First Time
If you are a parent of a student in Stillwater Public Schools, you will need to login to the Parent Portal in order to view important information about your student's academic and social progress. To login, follow these instructions:
1. Go to http://parentportal.stillwaterok.org/.
2. Log in with your school ID and password. (You will be asked to create a new password if you have not done so already.)
3. Click on the "Login" link on the left side of the screen.
4. Enter your name and email address in the form fields and click on the "Submit" button. You will then be taken to a page where you can start viewing your child's data.
Changing Your Password
To change your password on the Stillwater Parent Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to the website using your email address and password.
2. Click on "My Account" in the top right corner of the webpage.
3. On the "My Account" page, click on "Password Change."
4. Complete the required fields and click on "Update Password."
5. You will now be prompted to enter your new password into the field below. Click on "Submit New Password."
Your old password will no longer work after you have updated it!
Adding a New Student
If you are a parent who has not registered with the Stillwater Parent Portal yet, now is the time to do so! The Stillwater Parent Portal is a website that provides parents with easy access to school information, as well as other resources. To login to the portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to www.stillwaterks.org and click on "Parent Portal" in the main navigation bar.
2. In the "Parent Portal Login" window, enter your email address and password.
3. Click on "Sign In" and you will be ready to start exploring the portal!
Adding a New Parent/Guardian
If you are a parent or guardian who has not already registered with the Stillwater Public Schools online portal, now is the time to do so. The process of creating an account and logging in is easy, and can be done from any computer with internet access. Here are the steps:
1. Go to www.stillwaterpublicschools.org and click on the “Login” link in the top right-hand corner of the home page.
2. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click on “Log In”.
3. If you have never registered with their school district before, you will need to provide your first and last name as well as your date of birth. (Parents/guardians living outside of Stillwater must also provide their driver’s license number.)
4. Once you have logged in, you will see a list of all current parents/guardians on their system. If you do not see yourself on this list, please click on “Create Profile” to create a new account or contact them via phone at 918-653-4000 ext 222 to request administrator assistance registering online.

Deleting a Student
When you need to delete a student from the Stillwater Parent Portal, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Stillwater Parent Portal.
2. Click on the "Student" tab at the top of the screen.
3. On the "Student" tab, click on the "Edit" button next to the student's name.
4. On the "Edit" screen, select the check box next to "Deleted."
5. Click on the "Submit" button at the bottom of the screen.
Managing School Accounts: Grades, Attendance, Reports, etc.
In order to manage school-related information on the Stillwater Parent Portal (SPP), parents need to login and create an account. To login, click the "Login" link on the top right-hand corner of the home page, and enter your email address and password. Once you have logged in, you will see a list of your current accounts on the left-hand side of the screen. You can access each account by clicking on the corresponding icon.
To create a new account, click on the "New Account" link on the left-hand side of the screen. Enter your name, email address, and password, and click on the "Create Account" button. Your new account will be created and you will be able to access it by clicking on the "Login" link on the top right-hand corner of the home page.

If you are a parent or guardian of a student in Stillwater schools, you may need to login to the Parent Portal. Here is how you can do it:
1. Go to www.stillwaterok.org and sign in if you haven't already
2. Click on My Students on the left-hand side of the page
3. On the My Students page, click on View/Edit Student Information
4. On the Edit Student Information page, click on Login
5. Enter your student's full name (first and last) and ID number in the appropriate fields, and click OK
6. Your student will now be logged in to the Parent Portal
