How to use the Parent Portal
If you are a parent of a student at Stevensville Middle School, you can use the Parent Portal to access important school information, sign up for alerts and updates, and more. The Parent Portal is easy to use and has many features to help you stay connected with your child's education. Here are some tips on how to login and use the Parent Portal:
To login to the Parent Portal, first click the "Parent Portal" link on the home page of Stevensville Middle School website. You will be prompted to enter your user name and password. Once you have logged in, you will be taken to the main Parent Portal page. On this page, you will find links to important school information such as grades, attendance, reports, and messages from the school administration. You can also sign up for alerts and updates by clicking on the "Notifications" link. How to resolve issues with the Parent Portal
If you are having trouble logging in to the Parent Portal, there are a few things you can do to try and resolve the issue.
1. Make sure you have the latest version of the Parent Portal software: You can download the latest version of the Parent Portal software from their website at stevensvilleisd.com/parentportal. If you are using a different version of the software, we recommend upgrading to the latest version.
2. Verify that you have entered your login information correctly: Go to parentportal.stevensvilleisd.com and click “My Account” on the left side of the screen. In the “My Account” page, make sure that your name and email address are correct, and that your password is correct (if you have set one up). If everything looks correct, check to see if there is a problem with your internet connection or browser: Try logging in again from a different computer or from a different browser (for example, Chrome or Firefox). If that doesn't work, contact your school administrator for more help.
