How to Log In
Login to your Sterling Summerland account by following these simple steps:
1. From any computer or mobile device, open the Sterling Summerland website.
2. Log in using your username and password.
3. Click on “My Account” in the top right corner of the screen.
4. Click on the “Login” link located in the left column.
5. Enter your user name and password, and click on the “Log In” button to log in to your account.
User Info
If you've never logged in before, here's how:
1. Click on the "Sterling Summerland Resident Portal" logo in the top left corner of this screen.
2. Enter your user name and password (the same as you use to log into Sterling Summerland website). If you've forgotten your password, click on "Forgot Password?" link and enter your email address associated with your Sterling Summerland account. Your email will be sent a temporary password to help you log in.
3. If you're already logged in, you can click on the "Log In" button to continue.
My Profile
If you are a resident of Summerland, you can login to your profile to update your contact information, view your account history, and more. To login, follow these steps:
1. Go to the homepage of the Sterling Summerland website and click on "My Profile."
2. Enter your user name and password in the appropriate fields and click on the "Login" button.
3. You will be redirected to the main page of your profile. There you can access all of your account information, as well as make changes to your contact information and other details.
My Settings
If you are a new visitor to their Sterling Summerland Resident Portal, please follow these simple steps to login:
1. Click on the “Login” link in the top right corner of the home page.
2. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click on “Log In”.
3. You will now be brought to your login screen. If you have forgotten your password, please click on the “Forgot Your Password” link and enter your email address in the “Email Address” field. A new password will be sent to this email address. Please remember to update your password if you change your email address.
4. Once you have logged in, you will be able to view all of your account information and customize your experience at their Resident Portal.
My Calendars
If you are a Sterling Summerland resident and you have been assigned a Calendars account, you can login to the portal using your email address and password. To access your Calendars account, visit SterlingSummerland.org and click on the "Login" link in the upper right corner of the page. Enter your email address and password, and click on the "Log In" button. You will now be able to view all of your current appointments and events, as well as add new appointments or events.
Add or Edit Calendar Events
If you are a Sterling Summerland resident and would like to add or edit calendar events, you can do so by following these steps:
Log in to your account at the Sterling Summerland Resident Portal (SSRP). Click on Calendar on the left navigation bar. Select the date you want to work with from the calendar list on the right. Select either Add Event or Edit Event from the drop-down menu next to the event title. Enter the details of your event in the text boxes provided. Click Save Event.
Edit Email Preferences
If you would like to change your email preferences, please follow these simple steps:
1. Open the Sterling Summerland Resident Portal.
2. Click on the "Preferences" link in the top right-hand corner of the page.
3. On the "Preferences" page, click on the "Email Preferences" tab.
4. In the "Email Preferences" tab, you will need to enter your email address and password.
5. You will also be able to select whether or not you want to receive notifications about blog posts and events in Sterling Summerland.
Manage Files and Folders
Sterling Summerland Residents can manage their files and folders on the Portal using the Files and Folders tab. This tab includes a listing of all the files and folders located on your account, as well as the ability to create new folders and files. You can also access your files by clicking on their name in the list.
Create a New Account
If you don't have an account already, you'll need to create one to use the Sterling Summerland Portal. The steps are as follows:
1. Click on the "Login" link in the top left corner of the portal.
2. Enter your name and email address in the appropriate fields, and click "Submit."
3. You'll receive a confirmation email with a link that will take you to a new page where you can enter your password. Make sure you remember this password because you'll need it to log in later.
4. Once you've logged in, click on the "My Profile" tab at the top of the page. This is where you'll find all of your account information, including your password. If you need to reset your password, click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link next to your username and follow the instructions that appear.
Delete an Account
If you no longer need your Sterling Summerland Resident Portal account, you can delete it from your account settings. Follow these steps:
1. Go to the "Account" tab on your Sterling Summerland Resident Portal account page.
2. In the "Account Details" section, select the "Delete My Account" button.
3. After confirming your intentions, your account will be deleted.
