How to login to Sterling Northgate Resident Portal
If you are a Sterling Northgate resident and need to login to the Resident Portal, follow these steps:
1. From any computer in your home, open a web browser and go to www.sterlingnorthgate.com.
2. In the upper right corner of the screen, click on the "Log In" link.
3. Enter your username and password, and click on the "Log In" button.

How to manage your account
Northgate residents can login to their account at sterlingnorthgate.com. Residents can manage their account by signing in, updating their profile, and accessing resources.
Sign In
To sign in to your account, you will need your Northgate ID and password. If you have forgotten your Northgate ID or password, click the "Forgot Your Password" link in the upper right corner of the homepage and follow the instructions.
Update Your Profile
Your profile lets residents share information about themselves and connect with others in the community. You can update your profile by clicking the "Edit Profile" link on the homepage and filling out the form. You can also add photos, videos, and blog posts to your profile.
Access Resources

If you are not a Sterling Northgate Resident, you can create an account by clicking the link below. Once you have created your account, you will be able to access all of the features of the portal.
How to change your password
When you first created your account, you were asked to create a password. You can change your password by clicking on the βMy Accountβ tab and then clicking on the βChange Passwordβ link.
To change your password, you will need to enter your current password and new password into the appropriate fields. Please be sure to save your new password in a secure location.
