4. On the Patient Portal page, click on the 'Login' button in the top right corner of the screen

How to use the Patient Portal
If you are a new patient, or if you have forgotten your login information, please follow these steps to regain access to the Patient Portal:
1. Go to www.sterlingfamilypractice.com and click on the "Patient Portal" link in the top left corner of the home page.
2. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate boxes and click on "Login."

How to get help using the Patient Portal
If you are new to the Patient Portal, or if you have lost your login information, please follow these instructions to create a new login and access your account.
To create a new login:
1. Click on the "Login" tab at the top of the page.
2. Enter your name (first and last) and email address in the appropriate fields.
3. Click on "Create Login".
4. You will now be taken to a confirmation page where you will need to click on "I confirm my email address."
5. Your login information will now be saved and you can access it by clicking on the link in the email that you received after creating your account.
