How to Login to Student Portal
On the Stc School Portal, there are a few different ways to login:
1. Use your school email address and password. This is the easiest way to login.
2. If you have a Stc account, you can sign in using your username and password.
3. If you don't have a Stc account, you can create one by clicking on the "Create an Account" link on the top right of the page. After you create your account, you will be able to login using your username and password.
How to Change Your Password
If you have forgotten your password, or need to change it, please follow these instructions:
1. Log in to the stc website.
2. Click on "Forgot Password?" in the account management section on the left hand side of the screen.
3. Enter your email address and click "reset password." You will then be sent an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

How to Report a Problem
If you have encountered a problem while using the school portal, there are several ways to report it. You can use the "Report a Problem" button on the home page of the school portal, or click the "Report a Problem" link on each individual page.
How to Access My Academics
If you are a current student at St. Charles School, you can access your academics by logging in to the St. Charles School Portal. The Portal is a web-based system that provides students and parents with easy access to their student’s academic records, transcripts, pictures, and more. You can sign in to the Portal using your school email address and password.\r
To access the Portal, click on the “Login” link in the upper right corner of their website. Enter your email address and password and click “Log In.” You will be taken to the home page of the Portal. If you have not yet created an account, you will be prompted to do so before continuing.\r
On the home page of the Portal, you will see a menu bar on the left side of the screen. Under “Academics,” select “My Academics.” This will take you to a page where you can view your current grades and scores, as well as all of your previous academic records at St. Charles School.\r

How to View Your Transcripts
If you are a student at State College of Wisconsin-Stout, you can view your transcripts by logging into the Stc School Portal. The Portal is located at https://portal.stcwi.edu/. You will first need to create an account if you have not already done so. Once you have created your account, you will be able to log in and view your transcripts.
How to Print Your Transcripts
If you have completed your studies at St. Catherine’s School and would like to print your transcripts, the process is simple. Follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account at stc.edu.
2. Under “My Academics,” click on “Transcripts.”
3. Select the year of your transcript and click on the “Print this Transcript” button.
4. You will now be taken to the “Printer Preferences” page where you can configure print options for each transcript document type (PDF or Word). Click on the “Print Now” button to print your transcript(s)!
How to Enroll in eLearning
St. Charles School District is committed to providing digital and engaging learning opportunities for students.
To enroll in digital learning, please follow these instructions:
1. Log into the St. Charles School District Portal (portal.stcharleschools.org).
2. Click on the “My Account” link in the upper right-hand corner of the home page.
3. Underneath your name on the left-hand side of the screen, you will see a drop-down menu that reads “eLearning Options.”
4. Click on the “Enroll In eLearning” link in thisdrop-down menu.
5. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete your enrollment process.
