Staffline Self Service Portal is a web-based tool that allows you to manage and administer your staff, including their payroll, benefits, and leave record. In this article, we'll show you how to login and use the portal.
How to login to Staffline Self Service Portal
If you are new to Staffline, or have not logged in for awhile, please follow these steps to log in:
1. Go to https://staffline.com/.
2. Click the “Login” link in the top right corner of the page.
3. Enter your username and password.
4. Click the “Log In” button.
5. You will be directed to the main Staffline Self Service Portal page.
6. On the left hand side of the screen, click on your user name (it should be near the top of the list).
7. On the right hand side of the screen, click on “My Accounts”.
8. Click on “Your Account” in the top right corner of the screen.
9. Under “Profile Summary”, click on “Login Details”.
10. Enter your email address and password and click on “Log In”.
How to create a new user
To create a new user on Staffline, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Staffline Self Service Portal.
2. Click on Users in the left-hand menu.
3. Select New User from the drop-down menu.
4. Fill in the required information and click on Create User.
How to log out of Staffline Self Service Portal
If you are having difficulty logging in to Staffline Self Service Portal, you may need to log out and log back in.:
To log out of Staffline Self Service Portal:
1. Click the Log Out link on the main menu.
2. Enter your user name and password in the appropriate fields.
3. Click Log out.
4. Click the Login link on the main menu to log back in.
