How to log in to Staff Portal Highgate
If you are a current staff member of Highgate School, you can log in to their Staff Portal. To use the Staff Portal, you will need your login name and password. If you have forgotten your login name or password, please contact their office.
How to change your password
To change your password in the Staff Portal, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Staff Portal.
2. click on the "My Profile" tab at the top of the page.
3. under "My Profile Details," click on "Account Settings."
4. under "Account Settings," click on "Password."
5. select the "Change Password" button.
6. enter your current password in the "New Password" field and your new password in the "New Password (again)" field.
7. click on the "Change Password" button to finish setting your new password.
How to report a problem
If you experience a problem logging in to your Staff Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Staff Portal using your credentials.
2. Click the βReport a Problemβ link on the top right of the page.
3. In the βReport a Problemβ form, provide as much detail as possible about your issue.
4. Click βSubmit Reportβ to send your report to their team.
