Staff Electric Employee Portal is a web-based application to manage and access employee records. It allows you to create, edit, and view employee information, including employment status, contact information, and leave history. You can also assign employees duties, manage employee attendance records, and pay employees electronically.
How to login to the Staff Electric Employee Portal
Login to the Staff Electric Employee Portal by clicking on the login link located in the top right hand corner of the home page. How to register for an account
If you are an electric staff employee and want to register for an account on the Employee Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Go to https://www.staffelectric.com/login/.
2. Enter your login credentials and click Log In.
3. On the left navigation panel, click My Account and then click Register for an Account.
4. On the Registration Form, fill in your personal information and click Submit.
5. After you have submitted the form, your account will be created and you will be able to access it by clicking My Account on the left navigation panel and then clicking Login.
How to create an employee profile
To create an employee profile, first login to the portal using your employee username and password.
Once logged in, click on the "Employees" tab at the top of the page.
On the Employees tab, you will see a list of all of your employees. To create a new employee profile, click on the "New Employee" link next to the name of your desired employee.
You will be taken to a new page where you can fill out all of the necessary information for your new employee profile.
Below is a brief overview of what you will need to enter on this page:
-First and last name
-Primary job title
-Department/location
-Date of birth
-Gender
-E-mail address
-Phone number (optional)
-Password (required)
After filling out all of the required information, click on the "Create Profile" button to create your new employee profile. Congratulations! Your new employee profile is now live on the portal.
How to manage and access employee data
Staff Electric Employee Portal is a web-based system that lets you manage employee data and access employee information from any computer with internet access. You can login to Staff Electric Employee Portal using your employee’s e-mail address and password. After logging in, you can access your employee’s profiles, reports, and files. You can also add new employees, manage their passwords, and update their contact information.
How to cancel an employee's account
If an employee wants to cancel their account, they can do so by logging into their account and clicking on the "Cancel Account" button.

Staff Electric is excited to offer its employees a secure Employee Portal to keep track of their work and personal information. To access the portal, employees must first login using their employee ID and password. Here are instructions on how to login:
1) Log in to your Employee Portal using your employee ID and password.
2) Click on the “Login” link in the top menu bar.
3) Enter your employee ID and password and click “Log In”.
4) You will now be taken to the “Welcome Page”.
5) Click on the “My Work” tab to view your work history and current assignments.
6) Click on the “My Personal Information” tab to view your personal information, including your contact information, medical information, and vacation days.
7) Click on the “Settings” tab to change your password or set up email notifications for work updates.
