1. To access the Student Portal, go to http://www.sjsu.edu/mysts/.
2. Click on "My SJSU" in the top left corner of the home page and then click on "Student Portal."
3. Enter your NetID and password in the login form and click "Log In."
How to Login to the St John’s Student Portal
St John’s Student Portal is the online portal that enables students to access their academic records, enrolment details and other student services.
To login to the portal, follow these simple steps:
1) Go to http://studentportal.stjohns.ca and sign in with your St John’s username and password.
2) Click on “Log In” in the top left corner of the main screen.
3) Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields, and click “Log In”.
4) You will now be presented with a list of options. Click on “Academic Records” to view your academic record information.
5) Click on “Enrolment Details” to view your registration status and upcoming courses.
6) Click on “Other Services” to access important student services such as online payments, health services, campus life resources, and more.
How to Access Your Account
If you forgot your password, or if you need to update your login information, follow these steps:
1. Click on the "Forgot Password?" link in the login section of the St John's Student Portal.
2. Enter your email address and click "Send Email."
3. If you have multiple accounts on the portal, you will be prompted to choose which account to reset your password for.
4. Once you have reset your password, enter it in the "New Password" field and click "Create Password."
5. You will now be able to log in to your account by entering your new password in the "Login" field and clicking "Login."
How to Add or Remove Courses
If you are a current student at St John's, you will need to login in order to add or remove courses. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Log in using your username and password. If you have not created an account yet, you can do so by clicking on the "Create an Account" link on the left-hand side of the page.
2. On the main menu, click on "My Courses". This will show you a list of all the courses that you have taken at St John's so far. Click on the course that you want to add or remove, and then click on the "Add or Remove" button next to it.
3. You will now be taken to a new screen where you can select which course(s) you want to add or remove from your schedule. Select the course(s) that you want to add, and then click on the "Add Course" button. You will then be taken back to the My Courses screen, where your new course will now appear with a green checkmark next to it.
4. Repeat steps 2-3 for any courses that you want to remove from
How to Cancel Your Account
If you wish to cancel your account, please follow these simple steps:
1. Log in to the St John's Student Portal.
2. Click on the "My Account" tab at the top of the page.
3. At the bottom of the My Account page, click on the "Cancel my account" link.
4. Follow the instructions on the cancellation page to complete your cancellation process.
How to Edit Your Profile
If you are new to the site, or need help logging in, please follow these steps:
1. Click on the "Login" link on the top right of any page on the site.
2. Enter your user name and password (the same ones you used to create your account) in the appropriate fields and click "Login."
3. If you have not already done so, click on the "Profile" link in the top left corner of your screen. This will open your profile page.
4. On your profile page, click on the "Edit Profile" link in the top left corner of your screen.
5. You will be prompted to enter your user name and password again. Once you have logged in, please review the profile information and make any changes that you wish, then click on the "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the screen.
How to Report a Problem

Returning a Course
If you have previously registered for a course at St John's and need to return it, follow these steps:
Log in to the St John's Student Portal. Click on My Courses in the left-hand menu. Find the course you wish to return, and click on its name in the list of courses. Click on the Return this Course link next to the course's title. This will take you to a form where you can provide the following information: Your name
The course number (this is found on your transcript)
The date you withdrew from the course (or the date you were supposed to drop the course, if you did not withdraw)
Your email address, which will be used to notify you when your course has been processed and is available for use again. Click on Submit. Once your information has been submitted, a confirmation message will be sent to your email address. You can now access your course from My Courses by clicking on it and logging in with your username and password.
