If you are looking for information about registering for a service with St John Ambulance, or have any questions about using their Patient Portal, then you can find all the answers you need by logging in below. You will need your patient number and password to do this.
How to manage your health records
If you are a patient at St John's hospital, you can use their Patient Portal to manage your health records. The Patient Portal is a secure website where you can view your medical history, records and medication bottles. You can also request copies of your medical records and make changes to your personal information. To login to the Patient Portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to www.sjh.on.ca and enter your patient number in the "User Name" field on the left side of the screen.
2. In the "Password" field, type the password that was assigned to you when you registered with St John's hospital.
3. Click on "Sign In." You will be taken to the homepage of the Patient Portal.
4. On the left side of the screen, under "My Health Records," click on "Manage My Health Records."
5. On the next page, under "View My Medical History," click on "Open Your Medical History." This will open your medical history in a new window.

How to report a problem with the Patient Portal
If you are experiencing an issue with the Patient Portal, please follow these instructions to report the problem.
Step 1: Log in to the Patient Portal and click on "My Account" on the left-hand side of the page.
Step 2: Click on "Report a Problem" on the right-hand side of the page.
Step 3: Fill out the form and provide as much information as possible about your issue. Please include your login name, account number, and any other relevant information.
Step 4: Click "Submit Report" to submit your request. They will investigate and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

2. In the My Account section, click on Updates & Newsletters.
