Welcome to the St Helens School Portal! This website provides you with access to important information about their school, such as their calendar, student profiles, and staff listings. In order to login and access these resources, you will need to create a user account. To do this, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Click on the “Sign In” link in the top right corner of the main page.
Step 2: Enter your email address and password into the appropriate fields.
Step 3: Click on the “Log In” button to confirm your account.
How to login to the St Helens School Portal
If you are new to the St Helens School Portal, or need help logging in, follow these steps:
1. Click on the "Login" link at the top of any page on the portal. This will open a new window prompt you for your username and password. Make sure you have entered both of these correctly - if not, click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link below and enter your username and password to reset them.
2. Once you have logged in, you will be taken to your personal profile page. Here, you can see all of your current account settings and information. You can also use this page to update your contact details or login details for other school sites that use their portal platform.
3. If you need help with any of your account settings or information, please click on the "Help!" button at the top of your personal profile page. A member of their team will be happy to help you out!
How to change your password
Login in to your account and click on the 'My Account' button. In the 'My Account' tab, you will find your password under 'Password'. To change your password, simply enter your current password in the 'New Password' box and click on the 'Update' button.
How to report a problem with the portal
If you experience a problem with the portal, please report it using their online form.
How to cancel your account
If you no longer need access to the St Helens School Portal, you can cancel your account by following these steps:
1. Log in to the portal.
2. Click on the Account tab at the top of the page.
3. Under “My Account”, click on Cancel Account.
4. Confirm your cancellation by clicking on Submit.
