How to login to the St Helens Planning Portal
If you are new to the St Helens Planning Portal, or would like to reset your password, please follow these instructions:
1. Log in to your account by clicking on the ' Login ' link at the top of any page on the Portal. If you have forgotten your password, enter your email address and click on the ' Reset Password ' button. Your new password will be sent to this email address. Please ensure that you keep this email address confidential - if it falls into the wrong hands it could be used to access your account illegally.

How to use the St Helens Planning Portal

Your plans will be automatically saved every time you log in, so there is no need to worry about this. You can also find a list of all the changes that you have made to your plans by clicking on the "History" tab at the top of the page.
