How to login to the St Charles Community College Portal
When you first attempt to login to the St. Charles Community College Portal, you will be prompted to create a new account or login with an existing account. If you are new to the Portal, we recommend creating a new account. If you have an existing account, enter your username and password in the appropriate fields and click the login button. You will then be taken to the main screen of the Portal.
If you are logging in for the first time, you will be prompted to select a language preference. The default language is English, but other languages are available if desired. After you have entered your information and clicked the login button, you will be taken to the My Account screen. This screen contains all of your personal information, including your username, password, course selections, and grades.

To view your transcript, follow these steps:
1. Log into your account on the St Charles Community College Portal (https://portal.stcharles.edu).
2. Click My Account in the top left corner of the screen.
3. Click My Transcripts in the main menu on the left side of the screen.
4. In the My Transcripts section, click View Transcripts to open your transcript in a new window.
