You can use the Management Portal to manage your SQL Server instances, databases, data storage in the cloud, and application settings in Azure. The Management Portal also provides information about your SQL Server instances and Azure resources.
To access the Management Portal, sign in to your account at azure.com and open themanagement portal icon.
The Management Portal has three main sections: Overview, Servers, and Databases. In this article, we’ll focus on Servers and Databases.

A server is a software instance that hosts one or more databases. A server can also host applications or services. You can create servers using the management portal or by using the Azure PowerShell cmdlets. How to login to the Management Portal?
If you have not logged into the portal yet, you can do so by following these steps:
-Open the Azure Management Portal at https://management.azure.com/.
-Sign in with your Microsoft account.
-Select your subscription from the left menu and select your region from the list on the right.
-Select your account type from the dropdown menu on the left and enter your password in the "Password" text field.
-Click "Log In."
If you are already logged in to the Management Portal, follow these steps to access your account settings:
-Select "My Account" from the top menu of the portal.
-Under "Account Settings," select "Login."
-Enter your credentials and click "OK."

How to use the Management Portal?
If you are like most SQL Server administrators, you have access to the Management Portal at your organization’s web site. The Management Portal is a valuable tool for managing SQL Server instances and databases. In this article, we will show you how to use the Management Portal to login and access your SQL Server instances and databases.
To open the Management Portal, go to your organization’s web site and enter the following URL: https://management.azure.com/. If you are not at your organization’s web site, you can open the Management Portal by clicking on the link that is displayed in the bottom left corner of your Windows 10 or macOS screen when you are logged in with Administrator privileges. (On a Mac, press Command-spacebar to open Spotlight and type management portal.)
After you have entered the URL, click on Login in the top right corner of the screen. You will be prompted for your credentials. Enter your username and password and click on OK. You will then be taken to the My Account page. Here, you can see which instances and databases are currently registered with your subscription. Click on Register a new instance to create a new SQL Server
