How to access your personal information
If you are a Springboard parent, you can use their Parent Portal to access your personal information, including contact information and registration information for your childβs school. To login, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Parent Portal using your school email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can retrieve it by clicking on βForgot Your Password?β on the main menu of the Parent Portal.
2. On the main menu of the Parent Portal, click on βMy Account.β You will see your name and contact information next to βMy Details.β If you do not see this information, please contact your school administrator for assistance.
3. Next to βContact Info,β you will see your childβs name and contact information for their school. This information is updated automatically based on the information that is entered into their Student Registration System. If there are any changes to this information, please notify us by emailing us at [email protected] or calling us at (877) 627-9209 so that we can update the data in their system.
