How to login to Spine West Patient Portal
To login to the Spine West Patient Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Click on the “Login” link located in the header of the homepage.
2. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields and click on the “Log In” button.
3. You will be redirected to the main Patient Portal page.
How to use the Patient Portal
If you are a patient at Spine West, you can use the Patient Portal to access important information and resources about your care. To login, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Patient Portal home page.
Step 2: Click on the Login link in the upper-right corner of the page.
Step 3: Enter your patient ID number (which is located on your medical record) and password in the appropriate fields.
Step 4: Click on Log In. You will now be able to access all of the features of the Patient Portal.

If you need to get in touch with SpineWest, the Patient Portal is the best way to do it. The Patient Portal allows patients to easily communicate with their doctor, request appointment reminders, and track their treatment progress. To login, first click on the "Login" button on the top right-hand corner of the homepage. Enter your email address and password, and you're ready to go!
How to manage your account
To login to your Spine West Patient Portal account, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your portal using your email and password. If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Password" link on the homepage and enter your email address and new password. You will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to reset your password.
2. On the left-hand side of the screen, under My Account, you will see all of the information associated with your account, including recent activity and files saved to the portal.
3. To access file downloads or create a new appointment, click on the blue "Appointments" tab or the "Files" tab, respectively. You can also use the menus on the top of the page to navigate between tabs or pages of information.
