Speedway Employee Portal is a free online employee management system that allows you to manage your employees, payroll, and benefits. To login, first create an account by entering your username and password below. After logging in, you'll be able to access all of your employee information and files.
How to login to the Speedway Employee Portal
If you are a new employee or have not logged in to the Employee Portal in a while, please follow these steps to log in:
-Click the “Login” button at the top of the page
-Enter your Username and Password
If you have forgotten your Username or Password, please click here to reset them.
How to manage your account
To login to your Speedway Employee Portal account, please follow these steps:
1. Log into your Speedway Employer Portal account.
2. Click on the "My Profile" link located in the top right corner of the homepage.
3. Under "Login" select "Create a new password." Enter your new password and click on the "Create password" button.
4. Click on the "My Profile" link located in the top right corner of the homepage.
5. Under "Login" select "Sign In." Enter your username and password and click on the "Sign In" button.
6. Click on the "Employees" tab located in the left sidebar of the page.
7. Locate and click on your employee's name or ID number to open their employee profile page.
8. On your employee's profile page, under "Login Info," enter their user name and password from step 3 and click on the "Sign In" button to log in to their Employee Portal account.
How to update your contact information
If you have changed your contact information, you can update it on the Speedway Employee Portal. To do this, go to the "My Profile" page and click on the "Contact Info" button. You will be taken to a page where you can update your contact information. Be sure to include your name, email address, and phone number.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you want to change it, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Speedway Employee Portal using your employer identification number and password. If you do not remember your identification number or password, see the article "How to reset your password" for more information.
2. Click the "User Management" link in the left-hand navigation bar.
3. In the "User Management" page, click the "Change Password" link under the user's name.
4. Enter your current password in the "New Password" field and click the "Change Password" button.
5. Enter a new password in the "New Password (SECURE) Field and click the "Change Password" button.
6. Click the "Log Out" link at the top of the page to log out of the Employee Portal and return to your Web browser.
How to unsubscribe from email notifications
If you no longer want to receive emails from Speedway about new blog posts, content, or other updates, you can unsubscribe by following these steps:
1. Log in to your Speedway employee portal.
2. Click on the “user” link in the top left corner of the homepage.
3. Under “Email Notifications,” click on the unsubscribe button.
How to view your employee profile
If you are an administrator of the Speedway Employee Portal, or if you have created a new employee profile, you can view your employee's profile by logging in. To log in, go to the Speedway Employee Portal home page and click on the "Login" link in the upper-right corner. Enter your user name and password, and click on the "Log In" button. The "My Profile" screen will appear. You can view your employee's profile by clicking on the appropriate link on this screen.
How to file a grievance
If you have a grievance, there are a few things you need to do in order to file it. The first step is to login to your Speedway employee portal. Once you are logged in, click on the Grievances link in the menu bar at the top of the page.
You will then be prompted to enter your username and password. Once you have entered these details, click on the Grievance link in the menu bar again. This will take you to the Grievance Form page. Here, you will need to provide as much information as possible about your grievance. This includes: who you are complaining against, what happened, when it happened, and what you want done about it. You can also include any supporting documentation if you wish. Finally, make sure that your grievance is properly formatted and submit it by clicking on the Submit Grievance button.
How to access your pay information
If you're an employee of Speedway Motorsports, you can access your pay information on their Employee Portal. To login, go to: https://portal.speedwaymotorsports.com/login
and enter your username (last name first) and password. Once logged in, you'll be able to view your pay history, view your current pay stub, and make changes to your pay information.
How to dispute a claim
If you have a dispute with a claim, you can login to the Employee Portal and submit a dispute. If you do not have a dispute, you can login to the Employee Portal and view your claims.
