How to login to the Spectrum Patient Portal
If you are a Spectrum patient, you can easily login to the Spectrum Patient Portal to manage your health information and connect with your doctors and other caregivers. To login, follow these instructions:
1. Go to spectrum.com/patientportal and click the orange "Login" button in the upper left-hand corner of the page.
2. In the "Login Profile" form, enter your name, email address, and password. If you have not created a Spectrum account, you will be prompted to do so. Once you have completed the form, click the "Log In" button at the top of the page.
3. You will be automatically redirected to the Spectrum Patient Portal home page. From here, you can access all of your account information, as well as connect with your doctors and caregivers.
How to manage your health records
If you are a Spectrum patient, you can use their Patient Portal to manage your health records. The Patient Portal is a secure website where you can access your medical records, appointments, lab results, and more. To login, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to spectrum.com/patients/login.
Step 2: Enter your patient ID number (PIN) and password.
Step 3: Click the “Login” button.
After logging in, you will be prompted to select a category of care. You can select from mental health, primary care, urgent care, or specialty care. Once you have selected a category, click the “Next” button.
Once you have logged in, you will be taken to the My Health Record page. This page will list all of your recent appointments and lab results. You can also add new appointments and lab results here. You can also access your medical records by clicking on the “My Health Records” tab at the top of the page.

You will need to provide some basic information about your health emergency, such as when it happened, where it happened, and what symptoms you are experiencing. Spectrum will work to contact you as soon as possible to follow up on your emergency.
How to pay for services through Spectrum
Spectrum Patient Portal allows you to manage all of your health care needs online. You can pay for services through the portal, as well as view your account information and history. The following steps will help you login to the Spectrum Patient Portal:
1. Go to spectrum.com and sign in.
2. Click on the "My Account" tab in the top left corner of the page.
3. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click on the "Log In" button.
4. If you have additional devices linked to your Spectrum account, you will be prompted to sign in with those devices as well.
