How to login to Southside ISD Parent Portal
If you are a parent or guardian of a student in Southside Independent School District, you can access the district’s Parent Portal to obtain information about your student, including grades, attendance, and registration. To login to the Parent Portal, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your school’s website.
2. Click on the “Parent Portal” button on the home page.
3. Enter your school ID number (which is also your student ID number) in the “User Name” field and click “Log In.”
4. Enter your email address in the “User Email” field and click “Log In.”
5. You will be prompted to create a password for the Parent Portal account. Make sure that you remember this password! Once you have entered a valid password, click “Log In.”
How to access your student information
To access your student information, click on the "Parent Portal" link on the district's homepage. You will be directed to a login page. Enter your email address and password into the appropriate fields, and click on the "Login" button. You will then be able to access all of your student's information, including their grades, attendance records, and more.

How to add or update contact information
If you are a parent or guardian of a student in Southside ISD, you can use the Parent Portal to add or update your contact information. To login to the Parent Portal, follow these steps:
1. Log in to edudl.com.
2. Under My Account, click Parent Portal.
3. Enter your school ID number (found on your student's id card) and password. If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot Password? and enter your email address as the new password reset code.
4. On the left side of the Parent Portal screen, under My Profile, click Add Contact Info. (If you are a parent or guardian of more than one student at Southside ISD, you will need to sign in using your school ID number and password for each student.)
5. In the Add Contact Info window, enter your name, phone number, and email address. You can also choose to receive notifications about important district news by selecting the checkbox next to News From Southside ISD School District Email Notification Service (SDSDENS). Finally, click Save Changes to add your contact information to the Parent Portal.
How to report a problem with the Southside ISD Parent Portal
If you are having trouble logging in to the Southside ISD Parent Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure that you have entered your user name and password correctly.
