Welcome to the Southland Ballet Parent Portal! This website provides parents and guardians with easy access to important information about their programs and events. In order to login and access your account, please follow these steps:
Step One: Click on the Login link in the top right corner of the screen.
Step Two: Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields.
Step Three: Click on the Log In button.
How to Login to Southland Ballet Parent Portal
If you are a parent of a student enrolled in Southland Ballet, you can login to the Parent Portal to view important information about your student, such as grades and attendance. To login, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Parent Portal at www.southlandballet.org and enter your user name and password.
2. Click on My Students to see a list of all of your students’ information, including their names and contact information.
3. To view your child’s grades or attendance, click on their name or Student ID number.
How to Manage Your Account
If you are a Southland Ballet Parent, it is important to know how to login to the Parent Portal in order to keep track of your student's progress and attendance. Here are instructions on how to login:
1. Log in to the Parent Portal by clicking on the "Login" button at the top right of any page.
2. Enter your email address and password.
3. Click on "Log In" to confirm your identity and return to Parent Portal home screen.
How to Report Incidents
If you have a problem with your child’s school or the way they are being treated, you can use their Parent Portal to report it.
To login to the Parent Portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to www.southlandballet.com and sign in.
2. On the left side of the screen, click on “Parent Portal”.
3. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click on “Sign In”.
4. You will now be in the main Parent Portal page.
5. To report an incident, go to the “Incidents” tab and select the event you want to report from the drop-down menu.
6. Fill out all of the required information and click on “Submit”.
7. You will now receive a confirmation email that your incident has been submitted.
How to Request Changes
If you have an account with them but would like to make a change to your email address or password, please follow the steps below:
1. Log into your Parent Portal account. (You can find this on the home page of their website or by clicking on “My Account” in the menu bar at the bottom of any page.)
2. Click on “My Account” in the menu bar at the bottom of the page. This will take you to your Parent Portal account overview.
3. On the right-hand side of your Parent Portal account overview, click on “Change Your Email Address or Password.” (If you don’t have an email address or password, please click here to create an account.)
4. Enter your current email address and click “Next.” If you don’t have an email address, enter “[email protected]” as your new email address and click “Next.” If you don’t have a Gmail account, enter your current contact information and click “Next.”\
How to Contact Southland Ballet
If you have any questions or issues with your Southland Ballet account, please use their online Parent Portal to login and contact them. You can find the Parent Portal on their website at www.southlandballet.com/parentportal. Log in using your school email and password. Once you are logged in, select "Contact Us" from the menu on the left hand side. You can also call us at (818) 989-6000 and leave a message after the beep. They will get back to you as soon as possible.
