If you are insured, please follow these steps to pay for your visit:
1) Log in to the Patient Portal.
2) Select the "Payment Method" tab on the left side of the screen.
3) Select your insurance plan from the dropdown menu. If you do not have coverage through your insurance company, please contact them and ask if they can help cover your visit.
4) Enter your information into the fields provided and click "Submit." Your payment will be processed and a receipt will be sent to you.
