Southeast Polk Campus Portal is a web portal that provides students, faculty, and staff with access to a variety of resources on the Southeast Polk campus. In order to login and access these resources, you will need to first create an account. To do this, follow these steps:
First, go to the Southeast Polk Campus Portal home page and click on the "Login" link in the top left corner.
Next, enter your username ([email protected]) and your password (password). Click on the "Log In" button to log in to your account.
If you have previously logged into Southeast Polk Campus Portal, you will see your login information below your username in the "My Account" section of the homepage. If not, click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link below your username and enter your email address as well as your new password in the appropriate fields. You will then receive an email containing instructions on how to reset your password.

How to login to the Southeast Polk Campus Portal
To access the Southeast Polk Campus Portal, please enter the following information in the login form on the front page of the portal:
-Your NetID (user name)

How to change your password
Login to your Southeast Polk Campus Portal account by following these steps:
1. Click on the "Login" link in the top right hand corner of the homepage.
2. Enter your email address and password into the appropriate fields, and click "Log In."
3. If you have not already done so, click on the "My Settings" link under My Profile at the top of the page to manage your account settings.
4. Click on the "Password Change" link under My Profile to change your password.
How to report a problem
If you have a problem logging in to the Southeast Polk Campus Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Go to the Campus Portal homepage and click on “Login” in the upper right corner of the screen.
2. Enter your username and password. If you have forgotten your username or password, click on “Forgot Your Username or Password?” and follow the instructions there.
3. If you are still having difficulty logging in, please email us at [email protected] and include your username and password as well as a description of the problem you are experiencing.
How to get help
If you need help logging into the Southeast Polk Campus Portal, follow these steps:
1. On your computer, open the Southeast Polk Campus Portal.
2. If you are not already logged in, enter your username and password.
3. Click on the Help tab. This will take you to a page with links to topics about using the portal, such as finding your course schedule or contacting someone about a problem.
4. If you still need help, click on one of the links on this page.
How to add or delete courses
If you are an instructor at Southeast Polk Campus, you can add or delete courses on the portal. To add a course, click “Add a Course” on the home page of the portal and fill out the form. To delete a course, click “Delete a Course” and select the course from the list.
How to update your contact information
Login to your Southeast Polk Campus Portal account. Click My Account on the top navigation bar. Click Change Contact Info on the left column. Enter your email address and password in the fields provided. Click Update Contact Info. Your contact information will be updated with the new information.

How to unsubscribe from e-mail newsletters and notifications
If you no longer wish to receive e-mail notifications or newsletters from Southeast Polk Campus Portal, you can unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions below.
Step 1: Log in to your Southeast Polk Campus Portal account.
Step 2: In the main menu, click on "My Account."
Step 3: On the "My Account" page, under "Newsletter and Notification Settings," click on the "Unsubscribe" link.
Step 4: Follow the instructions on the screen to unsubscribe from all current newsletter and notification settings.
How to opt out of being contacted by phone or mail
If you would like to opt out of receiving phone calls or mail from the Southeast Polk Campus Portal, please follow these easy steps:
-First, open the Southeast Polk Campus Portal and sign in.
-On the main menu, select "Settings"
-On the "Settings" page, under "Contact Info & Communication Preferences," select "Opt Out."
-You will now be given the option to confirm your choice. Click on "Confirm."
After opting out, you will no longer receive communications from the Southeast Polk Campus Portal. If you change your mind and want to rejoin their contact list, simply sign in to the Southeast Polk Campus Portal and select "Contact Info & Communication Preferences" again.
