Once you have registered with their portal and logged in, you will be able to view your medical records, make appointments, and more!

How to Navigate the Patient Portal
If you're looking for information about the South Tabor Family Physicians Patient Portal, you've come to the right place. In this blog post, we'll walk you through the steps necessary to login and access your account. First things first: make sure you have the latest version of the Patient Portal installed on your computer. To do this, please click here and download the latest installer file. Once you've downloaded and installed the Patient Portal, please follow these simple steps to login:
Open the Patient Portal application on your computer Click on the "Login" button in the top-right corner of the application Enter your username (this is typically your email address) and password (this is typically your login name) Click on the "Log In" button

How to Access Your Medical Records
If you are a South Tabor Family Physicians patient, you can access your medical records through their Patient Portal. Here's how to get started:
1. Log in to the Patient Portal using your email address and password. You will be prompted to create a new password if you have not already done so.
2. Select the "My Medical Records" tab on the main page of the portal. This will open a new window that displays all of your medical records. You can view and print your records, as well as update your contact information and other personal information.

How to Submit a Question or Complaint
The Patient Portal is a secure website where you can submit questions or complaints about your care. To access the Patient Portal, you will need to login first. Once you have logged in, follow these steps:
1. Click on "Medical History" in the main menu.
2. Under "Patient Portal," click on "Login."
3. Type your patient portal username and password into the fields provided and click on "Log In."
4. If you have previously submitted a question or complaint through the Patient Portal, the login screen will look similar to the following image:
5. If this is your first time logging in, you will be asked to enter your name and email address. You will then be directed to create a password. Once you have entered your name and email address and created a password, click on "Log In."
6. You will then be taken to the Patient Portal home page. On this page, under "My Health Record," you will see a list of all of your health records that have been submitted through the Patient Portal.
