To do this, first you will need to find the Patient Portal on the South Shore Medical Center website. Once you have found it, click on the Login link in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
Once you have clicked on the Login link, you will be taken to a page where you can enter your username and password. Make sure that you remember your username and password - you will need them to access your medical records later on.

How their Patient Portal works
When you first visit their Patient Portal, you will be asked to create an account. This is a free service and we encourage you to use it to keep track of your health and hospital bills. You will need your patient ID number, date of birth, and hospital name/address to create your account. Once you have created your account, you can access all of the information in their Patient Portal by clicking on the "My Account" tab. Here, you can see all of your recent visits and medical records, as well as pay your hospital bill or receive notifications about upcoming appointments.
