First, sign in to the Planning Portal using your username and password. Once you are logged in, click on the My Plans tab. This is where you will find all of your current plans. If you have not created any plans yet, the My Plans tab will be empty.
To create a new plan, click on the Create New Plan button. In the Plan Details window, enter a name for your plan and select a category from the drop-down menu. You can also specify a date range for your plan. Once you have finished entering information, click on the Submit button to create your plan.
