How to login to Sonoran Medical Center Patient Portal
If you are a registered patient at Sonoran Medical Center, you can access the Patient Portal through their website. To login, follow these steps:
1. Go to sonoranmedicalcenter.com and login using your patient ID (provided when you first registered with them) and password. You will be automatically logged in to the Patient Portal.
2. Click on the “My Account” tab on the left-hand side of the screen. This will take you to your account overview.
3. Click on the “Log In” link in the “My Account” header area. This will take you to the login screen. Enter your patient ID and password and click on the “Log In” button.
Getting Started
If you are new to the SONORAN Medical Center Patient Portal, follow these simple steps to get started:
1. Log in to the Patient Portal using your NetID and password. If you have not registered for the Patient Portal, do so now.
2. Click on My Profile in the top left corner of the portal. This will take you to your personalized dashboard where you can manage your account information, including your NetID and password.
3. Click on Login to Access Services to access their services and resources through the Patient Portal.
4. To find out more about using their Patient Portal or to ask a question, click on the links in the right-hand column of each page. Our staff is available to help you with any questions or problems you may experience while using their portal.
My Account
If you have not already done so, please create an account on the Sonoran Medical Center Patient Portal. This is required in order to view certain information and services that are available on the portal. After you create your account, please follow these steps to log in:
1. Navigate to the My Account page on the Patient Portal.
2. Click on the Login link in the upper right corner of the page.
3. Enter your username and password into the appropriate fields and click Login.
4. You will be returned to the My Account page. Congratulations! You have now logged in to the Patient Portal
Health History
Sonoran Medical Center Patient Portal is the online health record system for Sonoran Medical Center patients. This article will show you how to login to the Patient Portal and access your health history.
To access the Patient Portal, first login if you are a current patient at Sonoran Medical Center. If you do not already have an account, create one by clicking on the "create an account" link in the upper right corner of the Patient Portal. Once your account is created, you can login by entering your username and password in the respective fields on the homepage.
The Patient Portal contains your health history along with other important information about your care at Sonoran Medical Center. The history includes appointments, lab results, and more. You can also use the Patient Portal to communicate with your doctor or nurse about your health.
Appointment reminders
If you have a patient portal account, you can use it to keep track of your appointments. The appointment reminders will email you a reminder just before your appointment time. You can also set up a reminder on your phone or computer.
To log in to your patient portal account:
1. Go to sonoranmedicalcenter.com and sign in.
2. On the left side of the screen, click “My Account”
3. Under “My Profile,” click “Patient Portal”
4. On the Patient Portal page, click the blue “Log In” button in the upper-right corner of the page
5. Enter your healthcare team member name and password and click “Log In”
6. If you have an appointment reminder set up on your phone or computer, the system will automatically log you in and take you to the appropriate page for that type of reminder

Sonoran Medical Center is a full-service, nonprofit hospital located in Tucson, Arizona. Our hospital provides patient care from the moment you walk in the door to the minute you leave. Once you are logged into their Patient Portal, you will be able to view your health history, make appointments and access information about their services.
To login to their Patient Portal, please follow these simple steps:
1. Click on the "Login" button in the top left corner of the homepage.
2. Enter your Username and Password. You will not need to create a new account.
3. Click on "My Profile" in the upper right corner of the page.
4. Click on "Health History" in the drop down menu next to your Username. This will open the Health History screen.
5. Click on "Allergies & Medications" in the left column of the Health History screen. This will open the Allergies & Medications screen.
6. In the Allergies & Medications screen, select "Patient Portal Login." This will open a new window with instructions on how to login to their Patient
Emergency Department
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911. If you are unable to reach 911, please go to the emergency department at Sonoran Medical Center. The emergency department is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Medications
If you are a patient at Sonoran Medical Center and you need to login to your patient portal, here is how to do it.:
1. Go to the patient portal website at www.sonoranmedicalcenter.com and enter your user name and password.
2. On the main menu, click on "My Account."
3. On the My Account page, click on "Medications."
4. Click on the row for the medication you are using and click on "Log In."
5. Enter your patient ID (found on your hospital identification tag) and your medication dosage information. If you have multiple medications taking at the same time, enter each medication's dosage information separately. You can also add notes about your medications or any concerns you have about them.
6. Click on "Log In."

If you have any lab results that you would like to view or print, you can do so through the Sonoran Medical Center Patient Portal. The Patient Portal is a secure website that allows patients to access their medical records and laboratory results. To login, you will need your patient number and password. Here are instructions on how to get started:
First, go to the Patient Portal homepage by clicking on the link in the email that you received when creating your account. If you don't have an email address associated with your account, contact Patient Services at (520) 792-4690.
Once on the homepage, click on "My Account" in the top left corner of the screen. This will take you to the My Account screen.
In the "My Account" screen, click on "Login." This will take you to the Login screen.
Enter your patient number and password in the appropriate fields and click on "Log In." You will now be directed to the My Reports screen.
On the My Reports screen, click on "View Lab Results." This will take you to a page where you can view your recent lab results.

Sonoran Medical Center Patient Portal is a great way for patients and their families to access their medical records, communicate with the hospital staff, and find information about services and events at the hospital.
