How to login to the Solihull School Parent Portal
The Solihull School Parent Portal is an online resource that allows parents to access information about their children's education and activities. To login, please follow these steps:
1) Click on the "Login" link at the top of the page.
2) Enter your email address and password.
3) Click on the "Log In" button.
4) Your login credentials will be sent to your email address. Please make sure that you check your spam folder for this message.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you would like to change it, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Parent Portal website by clicking on the login link in the top right-hand corner of any page.
2. In the "My Account" section at the top of the screen, click on "Account Settings."
3. On the "Account Settings" page, enter your email address and password and click on "Update."
4. If you have more than one child registered with the school, you will need to enter their unique user names and passwords as well.
If you have forgotten your child's unique user name and password, please contact their school office.
5. Once you have updated your account information, click on the "Log Out" button in the top right-hand corner of the screen to log out of the Parent Portal website.
How to manage your account
Step 1: Log In
To log in to your Parent Portal, go to solihull.ac.uk and sign in using your school username and password. If you have forgotten your login details, please contact the school office.
Step 2: Change Your Password
To change your password, go to solihull.ac.uk and sign in using your school username and new password. Once you have logged in, you will be able to see the ‘My Account’ tab on the left-hand side of the screen. Under ‘Personal Information’, click on ‘Change Password’. Enter your old password and new password into the appropriate fields and click ‘Update Profile’. You will now be able to logs in to your Parent Portal using your new password.
Step 3: Access Your Accounts
Once you have logged in to your Parent Portal, you will be able to access all of your accounts by clicking on the ‘My Accounts’ tab on the left-hand side of the screen. This includes accessing grades, transactions, notifications and messages from parents/guardians, as well as finding out about events and activities that are taking place at
