How to Log In
If you are a Solana Ridge resident and have not created an account on the portal, you can create one by following these simple steps:
1. Go to the Solana Ridge Resident Portal home page and click on the "Login" link in the top right corner.
2. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click on the "Log In" button.
3. You will be directed to a page where you can review your profile information and make any changes if necessary. Once everything looks correct, click on the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page to log in to your account.
Retrieving Your Portal Profile
To retrieve your profile, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Solana Ridge Resident Portal account.
2. Click on the My Profile link in the top right corner of the home page.
3. You will be taken to a page where you can view all of your profile information, including your contact information and photos.
Editing Your Portal Profile
If you are a Solana Ridge resident and have not yet created a portal profile, now is the time to do so. A portal profile lets you share important information about yourself with other residents and staff, and it can also help you access important resources on campus.
To create a portal profile, first go to the My Portal page. Here, you will find information about your current account status (active or inactive), your user name, and your password. If you have never created an account on Solana Ridge before, enter your e-mail address in the User Name field and click the Create Profile button.
Once you have created your profile, you will need to login to it. To do this, go to the My Portal page again and click the Login link in the upper right corner of the screen. Enter your user name and password in the appropriate fields and click the Login button. You will now be able to access all of your profile information as well as any resources that have been specifically designated for residents.
Managing Your Portals
If you have a Solana Ridge account, you can access your portal through the My Account link on the home page. To login to your portal, complete the following steps:
1. Navigate to the My Account link on the home page of your portal.
2. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields and click Login.
3. Review the contents of your portal and make any changes or updates that you need.
4. Click the Share button to share content or ideas with other residents of Solana Ridge.
Deleting a Portal
If you want to delete a portal from your Solana Ridge account, first go to the Portal page and click on the "Delete" button. You will be prompted to confirm your decision.
Adding a New Portal
If you're not a resident of Solana Ridge, you'll first need to create an account. To do this, sign in to your account on the Solana Ridge website and click on the "Add New Portal" link in the top right corner.
Once you've logged in, follow these simple steps to add a new portal:
1. Create a name for your portal by entering a unique name in the "Portal Name" field.
2. Enter the URL of your new portal in the "Portal URL" field.
3. Select whether or not you want to make your portal public or private by clicking on the "Public/Private" button.
4. Click on the "Create Portal" button to finish creating your new portal!
