A new resident portal is coming to Peachtree-Atlanta, and with it comes a new way for residents to access their account information and connect with the community. In this article, we'll show you how to login and use the new portal.
What is Solace?
Solace is a secure online resident portal that provides residents with access to their personalized information, including medications, allergies, and health records. Residents can also manage their accounts and communication preferences, schedule appointments, and more.
How to Login to Solace:
Step 1: Log in to your Solace account using your NetID and password. If you have forgotten your password, click here to retrieve it.
Step 2: Click on the My Account tab to view your personalized information. You can also access your health records, medications, allergies, and communication preferences.
Step 3: Click on the Schedules tab to view upcoming appointments and events. You can also add or change your appointment times and dates.
Step 4: Click on the Messages tab to view recent messages from faculty and staff. You can also respond to messages from other residents.
Step 5: Click on the Home tab to view information about the Peachtree community and resources available for residents.

How to login to Solace
If you are new to Solace, welcome! Here are instructions on how to login.
To login, first create an account by clicking on the “Create Account” link on the main page. Once you have an account, click on the “Login” link in the upper right corner of the page. Enter your user name and password, and click on the “Log In” button. You will now be redirected to the home page of your account.
What are the benefits of using Solace?
Solace is a resident portal that offers residents a variety of benefits. Residents can use Solace to manage their personal information, communicate with healthcare providers, and access other services. Some of the benefits of using Solace include:
-Managing personal information: residents can access their medical records, contact lists, and more through Solace.
-Communicating with healthcare providers: residents can easily communicate with their healthcare providers via Solace.
-Accessing other services: residents can access community resources, including banking and employment opportunities, through Solace.
How to use the Resident Portal
If you are a Solace on Peachtree resident and have not already created an account, you can create one by clicking the "Create Account" link at the top of the page. Once you have logged in, you will see the "Residents" tab on the left side of the page. This is where you will find all of the information you need to manage your account and connect with other residents.
One of the most important tools on the Residents tab is the "Login" button. This will take you to a screen where you can enter your username and password. If you have not already done so, we recommend that you set up two-factor authentication on your account to increase your security.
Once you have logged in, you will see a list of Recent Activities on the right side of the page. This is a list of everything that has been posted to or replied to by residents in the past 24 hours. You can use this screen to keep track of what is happening around town, and respond to any messages that interest you.
