How to login to Society Westshore Resident Portal
If you have forgotten your login information, please follow these steps to sign in to the portal:
1. Go to societywestshore.com and enter your email address in the "Log In" box on the top right-hand corner of the homepage.
2. Click on the "Sign In" button that appears next to your email address.
3. Enter your username and password in the appropriate boxes and click on the "Sign In" button.
4. You are now logged in to the portal!
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, or need to change it, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the website using your username and password.
2. Click the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page.
3. Enter your username and email address, and click the "reset my password" button.
4. A new password will be sent to your email address. Enter this new password in the login form on the website, and click the "log in" button.

How to update your personal information
Westshore residents have the option to update their personal information on the Society Westshore Resident Portal. Follow these steps to login and update your profile:
1. Log in to the Society Westshore Resident Portal. Click on "My Profile" on the Home page.
2. On the "Personal Info" tab, click on "Update My Profile."
3. Follow the prompts to update your personal information. Please note: you will be required to submit a picture for verification purposes.
How to cancel your subscription
If you no longer wish to receive email notifications from Society Westshore, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to the resident portal and click on the "My Account" link on the top right of the screen.
2. On the "My Account" page, click on the "Subscriptions" link on the left side of the screen.
3. Click on the "Cancel subscription" link next to the email notification you would like to cancel.
How to unsubscribe from their emails
If you no longer want to receive their emails, you can unsubscribe using the instructions below. They will never share your email address with anyone else, and you can always opt out of future emails by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of each email.
What happens if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, you can reset it by clicking the "Forgot your Password?" link on the login page. Enter your email address and click the "Reset Password" button. Your new password will be sent to that email address. You will need to update your password when you next sign in.
