If you have trouble logging in to the Social Services Portal, you can find your case number by following these steps:
1. Go to https://portal.socialservices.gov/.
2. Click on "My Account."
3. On the right side of the page, click on the "View My Details" link under your name in the upper right hand corner of the page.
4. On the next page, under "My Details," you will see your case number listed in the "Case Number" field.
How to resolve a dispute with Social Services
If you have a dispute with Social Services, you can resolve it by following these steps:
1. Log in to your account on the Social Services Portal.
2. Click the 'My Disputes' link on the left side of the screen.
3. Click the 'Resolve a Dispute' link next to the dispute you want to resolve.
4. Complete the required information and click 'Submit'.
5. The dispute will be resolved and you will receive an email notification about the resolution.
