Smu Online Portal is now available to students of SMU. In this tutorial, we will show you how to login and access your account.
How to login
Smu Online Portal is a new online portal created by the Sri Lanka Telecom Corporation Limited (SLT) to provide easy access to information and services for its customers.
To login to Smu Online Portal, users need to enter their username and password.
Here is how you can login to Smu Online Portal:
1. Open the Smu Online Portal website.
2. Click on “Login” in the upper-right corner of the page.
3. Enter your username and password, and click on “Log In”.
4. You will now be logged in to Smu Online Portal!
How to create an account
If you are new to SMU, or if you have forgotten your password, click here to create a new account.
When creating an account, you will need to provide your name and email address. You may also choose to create a password.

How to use Smu Online Portal
Smu Online Portal is a free online service that provides students, faculty and staff with access to their MySmu account, grades, transcripts and notifications. To login to Smu Online Portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to smuonlineportal.mysmu.com.
2. Enter your MySmu username and password in the appropriate fields.
3. Click the Login button.
How to find your course information
If you are a new student or have forgotten your Smu Online Portal username or password, please follow these instructions to find your course information.
1. Click on the "My Courses" link in the left-hand navigation bar of the Smu Online Portal.
2. This will take you to a list of all of your courses that you have taken at Smu. Click on the course name to view more information about it, such as the course syllabus and quiz results.
3. If you need to retake a course, click on the "Re-take this Course" link in the My Courses section of the Smu Online Portal and enter your username and password for that course. The system will allow you to re-take that course as many times as you need until you successfully pass it.

How to print your course certificate
If you have completed your online course, you will receive a certificate in the mail. To print your certificate:
1. Log into your Smu account at smu.edu.
2. Click on My Courses in the menu bar at the top of the screen.
3. Under My Courses, click on the course title that you completed (for example, ENGL 1101).
4. On the right-hand side of the screen, under Course Details, click on Printable Documents.
5. Click on the Print button to print your certificate.
