How to login to the Smo Client Portal
If you are a Smo Client Portal user, you probably know how to login. But if you're not sure, here's how to do it:
1) Click on the "Login" link at the top of the page.
2) Enter your username and password.
3) Click on the "Log In" button.
How to find your Smo Client Portal account number
When you create a Smo Client Portal account, you will receive an account number. This is typically found on your confirmation email that you receive after creating your account. To find your Smo Client Portal account number, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Smo Client Portal account (see instructions below).
2. In the top left corner of the main screen, click on "My Account."
3. On the "My Account" page, under "Your Profile," click on "Account Number."
4. The account number will appear next to your name in the box below the heading "Account Information."
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, or would like to change it, you can do so through the Smo Client Portal.
To login to the Smo Client Portal:
1. Open the Smo Client Portal (http://localhost:8000).
2. In the navigation bar, click Log In.
3. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click Log In.
4. If you are not already logged in, you will be prompted to log in. Click Log In again to continue.
After logging in, you will see the Home page of the Smo Client Portal. On this page, you will find links to all of the sections of the portal: Accounts, Reports, Services, and Settings.
The first step in changing your password is to navigate to the Accounts page and click on your name in the list of users.
The Change Password link will take you to a form where you can enter your current password and new password.
After you have entered both passwords into the form, click Change Password to finish updating your password information.
